# ✦ ─ Store Purchases

Purchases made through the Coppercore store help fund server hosting, maintenance, development, and future improvements.

All purchases are optional. Buying a rank, crate key, cosmetic, or other package does not give anyone permission to break the rules or receive special treatment from staff.

***

### Pay for Convenience

Coppercore follows a **pay-for-convenience** approach rather than pay-to-win.

Store packages may provide quality-of-life benefits, cosmetics, additional command access, or expanded limits. Core gameplay and progression remain available without making a purchase, and useful benefits can also be earned through normal play, voting, other server systems.

Store perks may not be used to:

* unfairly interfere with other players
* bypass server rules or restrictions
* disrupt events or competitions
* exploit the economy
* access areas or information that should remain private
* avoid staff instructions or punishments

***

### All Purchases Are Final

All store purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.

Players are responsible for checking:

* the package description
* the selected Minecraft username
* whether the purchase is for Java or Bedrock
* the included perks
* any requirements or restrictions
* whether they already own the package

Changing your mind or purchasing the wrong package does not guarantee a refund or transfer.

***

### Incorrect Purchases

If you purchase something for the wrong account or do not receive your package, open a support ticket and provide:

* your Minecraft username
* the package purchased
* the approximate purchase time
* the transaction or order number

Do not post payment information publicly or send it directly to individual staff members.

The Owner will investigate the issue, but transfers or corrections cannot always be guaranteed.

***

### Delivery Problems

Most purchases should be delivered automatically.

Delivery may be delayed when:

* the server is restarting or offline
* the username was entered incorrectly
* the payment is still processing
* the store or payment provider is experiencing problems
* the player has not joined the server yet

Do not repeatedly purchase the same package because it has not arrived. Open a ticket instead.

***

### Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Do not open a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Coppercore through the ticket system.

Fraudulent chargebacks, deliberately reversed payments, or attempts to keep purchased benefits without paying may result in:

* removal of purchased packages or perks
* removal of items or currency obtained through the purchase
* a permanent ban from Coppercore.

Where appropriate, action may apply to accounts connected to the disputed payment.

***

### Purchases Made by Someone Else

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use the chosen payment method.

Claims that a parent, guardian, friend, sibling, or other person made or disputed the purchase do not guarantee that penalties will be removed.

Gifts must also be purchased using an authorised payment method.

***

### Real-World Trading

Trading real-world money or purchases for in-game items, currency, services, or advantages is not allowed.

This includes:

* paying another player real money for in-game items, currency, tools, builds, claims, or services;
* buying someone a rank, crate keys, or another server-store package in exchange for something in-game;
* exchanging gift cards, games, subscriptions, or other real-world purchases for in-game goods;
* advertising or arranging these trades through Minecraft, Discord, private messages, or any other platform.

Normal trades using Coppercore’s in-game economy are allowed. Genuine gifts may also be permitted, provided nothing is expected in return.

Any items, currency, or store benefits involved in real-world trading may be removed, and everyone knowingly involved may receive punishment.

***

### Rank Upgrades and Changes

Rank upgrades are subject to the options and prices shown on the store.

Perks, commands, limits, and package contents may be adjusted when necessary for:

* server balance
* technical compatibility
* security
* performance
* compliance with platform rules
* replacement or removal of plugins

Coppercore will aim to provide a reasonable replacement where a major purchased feature must be removed, but an identical replacement cannot always be guaranteed.

***

### Crates and Random Rewards

Crate keys may provide rewards selected from the crate’s listed reward pool.

Purchasing a key does not guarantee a particular reward. Players should review the available rewards before purchasing.

Do not attempt to manipulate, refund, or exploit crate keys or rewards.

***

### Support and Privacy

All store support must be handled through the ticket system.

Never publicly share:

* payment card details
* billing addresses
* transaction details
* account passwords
* login or verification codes

Coppercore staff will never ask for your password or full payment-card information.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Important:** Store purchases support Coppercore, but they do not place anyone above the rules. All players are moderated equally regardless of rank or purchase history.
