# ✦ ── RTP & TP

Coppercore provides player teleport requests and random teleporting to make travelling around the server easier.

Teleport requests are useful for meeting up with other players, while Random Teleport lets you quickly find somewhere new to explore, gather resources or begin building.

***

### Teleport Requests

Teleport requests allow players to teleport to one another without giving unrestricted teleport access.

To request to teleport to another player, use:

`/tpa <player>`

The other player will receive a request which they can choose to accept or decline.

### Requesting Someone to Teleport to You

To ask another player to teleport to your location, use:

`/tpahere <player>`

This sends them a request rather than teleporting them immediately.

### Accepting a Teleport Request

To accept an incoming teleport request, use:

`/tpaccept`

Once accepted, the requested teleport will begin.

### Declining a Teleport Request

To decline an incoming teleport request, use:

`/tpdeny`

The teleport will not take place.

***

### Teleport Requests Require Consent

Using `/tpa` or `/tpahere` does not allow another player to teleport without permission.

The receiving player must accept the request first.

This allows players to travel together while still keeping control over who can teleport to them.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Tip:** Always check who sent the request before accepting, especially if you're currently somewhere dangerous.
{% endhint %}

### Random Teleport

Random Teleport is used to travel to a random location in Coppercore's survival world.

Use:

`/rtp`

This is particularly useful when you first join and want to find somewhere away from the main server areas to explore or build.

It can also be used later when you simply want to travel somewhere completely different.

***

### When to Use RTP

Random Teleport is useful for things such as:

* Finding somewhere to build a base
* Exploring new terrain
* Searching for resources
* Travelling away from busier areas
* Starting an adventure somewhere unfamiliar

Because the location is random, you should always take a moment to check your surroundings after teleporting.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Tip:** Once you find somewhere you want to return to, consider setting a Home so you don't lose it.
{% endhint %}

### Resource World

Coppercore also has a separate **Resource World** for gathering and exploration.

To enter it, use:

`/res_world`

Rather than sending you to a fixed spawn point, this command takes you directly to a **random location inside the Resource World**.

This means you can immediately begin exploring and gathering without everyone being sent to the same area.

### RTP Inside the Resource World

The normal `/rtp` command **cannot be used inside the Resource World**, it will take you back to the main world instead.

If you want a random location in the Resource World, use:

`/res_world`

This is the Resource World's equivalent method of reaching a random location.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Important:** `/rtp` is for the normal survival world. `/res_world` is used to reach a random location inside the Resource World.
{% endhint %}

### RTP & Exploration

Coppercore uses a separate survival world for normal exploration and building.

Random Teleport helps distribute players throughout this world rather than forcing everyone to begin exploring from the same location.

You are still free to travel normally after teleporting, and RTP is simply an optional shortcut for finding a new starting point.

### Quick Command Guide

| Command             | What It Does                                               |
| ------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| `/tpa <player>`     | Request to teleport to another player                      |
| `/tpahere <player>` | Request that another player teleports to you               |
| `/tpaccept`         | Accept an incoming teleport request                        |
| `/tpdeny`           | Decline an incoming teleport request                       |
| `/rtp` | Teleport to a random location in the normal survival world |
| `/res_world`        | Enter the Resource World at a random location              |

{% hint style="info" %}
**Final reminder:** Use `/tpa` and `/tpahere` for travelling between players, `/rtp` for a random location in the normal survival world, and `/res_world` for a random location inside the Resource World.
{% endhint %}
