# ✦ ── F.A.Q

Here are answers to some common questions about Coppercore SMP.

### Is Coppercore SMP pay-to-win?

No. Coppercore is designed around **pay-for-convenience**, not pay-to-win.

Store perks may include extra homes, vaults, cosmetics, commands, and other quality-of-life features, but useful progression can still be earned normally through gameplay, voting, and server rewards.

### Will the survival world reset?

Coppercore’s main survival world is intended to be **permanent**, with no regular world resets.

Separate worlds, such as the Resource World, End and Nether, will be reset when needed.

### Can Bedrock players join?

Yes. Coppercore supports Bedrock players through crossplay.

Bedrock players may notice small differences with menus, custom items, or certain plugin features, but the main server experience should remain accessible.

### How many alternate accounts can I use?

Players may use **one alternate account**, but it must be approved through a support ticket first.

Alt accounts may have restrictions and must not be used to bypass punishments, gain unfair advantages, or abuse server systems.

### Is griefing allowed?

No. Griefing, stealing, trapping, and damaging another player’s property are against the rules.

Players should still claim their land as soon as possible, as prevention is always easier than recovering from an incident.

### Can staff recover stolen or lost items?

Staff may be able to investigate theft or griefing using server logs, but item recovery is not guaranteed in every situation.

Items lost through willingly shared permissions, unsafe trades, or player mistakes may not be replaced.

### How do I report a player?

Open a support ticket through the Coppercore Discord server and provide as much information as possible, including:

* the player’s username
* what happened
* when it happened
* screenshots or recordings, if available.

### How do I appeal a punishment?

Punishment appeals can be submitted through the Discord ticket system.

Be honest, explain what happened clearly, and avoid repeatedly contacting staff about the same appeal.

### Can I build close to another player?

You must leave 200 blocks of space between your base and existing claims.

Use a stick to inspect nearby land before building, and ask the other player first if you plan to settle very close to them.

### What happens if I change my Minecraft username?

Your Discord link, permissions, claims, and most server data are tied to your Minecraft account rather than the visible username, so a name change should not reset your progress.

### Where can I ask for help?

You can ask general questions in the Discord questions channel or open a support ticket for account, verification, purchase, punishment, or technical issues.
